Environment Day Celebration at Church – 22 June 2025

The Environment Day celebration was organized by ICYM at Mary Help of Christians Church on 22nd June 2025. The event was marked by a special initiative of planting saplings and distributing one plant to each household.

Rev. Fr. Francis Rodrigues and Br. Alwyn Dsouza inaugurated the program by planting a sapling in the church premises. They also delivered a short speech highlighting the importance of the environment and how it plays a vital role in supporting our lives.

After the inauguration, plants were distributed to every family as part of the initiative “One Plant for One House.”
